Jillian Wilkey is a freelance makeup artist based in San Luis Obispo, CA, the half way point between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Jillian is available to travel for special projects and works all over California including the Central Coast, San Francisco Bay, Los Angeles, and greater Sacramento area.
Having always been inspired by the glamour of yesteryear, Jillian’s signature style is best described as fresh, effortless, and reminiscent of a decade’s past with a modern twist. Whether that’s showcased through a monochromatic glow or electric graphic liner, she executes her style with a natural touch and follows the philosophy of skin first, makeup second. Nothing brings her more joy than using makeup as a medium to tell a story.
Her passion for makeup continues to evolve drawing inspiration from film, music, architecture and nature. Outside of her artistry, Jillian enjoys traveling to discover new inspiration, thrifting for treasures, and spoiling her cat with lots of love.
